Job summary

Loyal Source is seeking a Workday Manager to own the Workday platform’s strategy, governance, and delivery across HR, Payroll, Benefits, and more. You will lead the Workday team, coordinate with stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement.

The role requires 7–10 years of Workday experience and leadership in enterprise systems, based in the United States with competitive compensation.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in IT, HR, business, or related field.
7–10 years of Workday administration, implementation, or platform support.
3–5 years of leadership or management experience.
Experience supporting multiple Workday functional areas (HCM, Recruiting, Benefits, Payroll, Time Tracking, Absence).

Responsibilities

Own the overall Workday platform strategy, roadmap, and governance.
Lead and manage the Workday administration, support, and delivery team.
Serve as the liaison between Technology and HR, Finance, Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, and Operations.
Establish prioritization processes for enhancements, defects, and projects.
Oversee Workday configuration, security, business processes, and tenant management.
Ensure platform stability, performance, availability, and service levels.
Lead biannual Workday releases and feature adoption.
Provide oversight of Workday architecture, integrations, reporting, and data management.
Manage relationships with Workday and implementation partners.
Lead vendor escalations, contract deliverables, and partner engagement.
