Job summary

CLA is hiring an experienced Lead ERP Engineer to join our Information Technology team in Charlotte, NC. The role focuses on improving and supporting ERP applications, including development, configuration, and maintenance, with emphasis on Workday configuration, integration, and reporting.

Qualifications

• 6+ years IT experience designing, implementing, or leading ERP/HRIS/financial reporting systems.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain and optimize ERP configuration and integrations with other applications.
• Provide technical solutions related to ERP configuration and new functionality.
• Lead validation of vendor patches and upgrades to the ERP environment.
• Provide leadership in training initiatives and advise on performance improvements and data integrity.
• Assist in requirements gathering, implementation support, and security/compliance for ERP systems.
• Serve as the escalated application support for CLA’s ERP and lead technical resource for ERP Team.
