The City of Charlotte is seeking a senior Workday Operations Manager within the Innovation and Technology Department. This role oversees the Workday Support Team, Security Team, Change Control, and Production Support communications across the Workday ecosystem and third-party apps.

Responsibilities include leading the Scrum Master activities for HR, Finance, Budget and Procurement, coordinating biannual releases, and acting as a primary contact for ticketing and escalations while driving

Qualifikationen

• High School Graduate or Equivalent with extensive related work experience required.
• Two Year College Degree with seven years of related work experience preferred.
• Bachelor's Level Degree with five years of related work experience or higher preferred.
• Master's Level Degree with three years of related work experience or equivalent combinations.

Aufgaben

• Oversee Workday Support Team including Security, Change Control, and Production Support communications.
• Act as Lead Scrum Master for HR, Finance, Budget and Procurement functions.
• Coordinate weekly/biannual release activities and cross-team communications.
• Serve as Named Support Contact for ticketing and escalation.
• Drive Innovation, continuous improvement and customer engagement within Workday ecosystem.
