The City of Charlotte is seeking a seasoned Workday program lead to oversee the Workday Support Team, including security, governance, and biannual releases. You will drive agile practices and coordinate with HR, Finance, and Procurement to ensure smooth operations and timely updates.

Ideal candidates have extensive Workday experience, Scrum Master certification, and a proven track record of supervising diverse teams in a complex public sector environment.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in applications/systems administration including Workday.
• Scrum Master certification is preferred.
• Workday certifications in Core HCM, Financials, or Cross-Application preferred.
• Experience supervising diverse teams and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Scrum Master for Workday functional and technical teams.
• Oversee HR, Finance, Budget, and Procurement functions.
• Coordinate weekly and bi-annual product releases.
• Serve as Named Support Contact for ticketing and escalation.
• Support the Workday Governance Model and Change Control responsibilities.
• Lead product and portfolio planning and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, Procurement, and other teams.
