Job summary

Snap Inc. is hiring a Lead, Workday Integration Engineer to join the People Team. You will own end-to-end technical delivery for Workday integrations, architect complex solutions, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Analytics to balance business value with scalable, secure systems.

You will work with Workday Studio, EIBs, Connectors, and REST APIs, while applying your skills in Java, Python, XML, and more. A strong product mindset and Agile experience are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience.
• 5+ years of demonstrated Workday integration development experience using Workday tools.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to translate complex requirements into scalable, user-centric solutions.
• Own end-to-end delivery for integration and automation—from discovery to optimization.
• Architect and develop complex integrations using Workday Studio, EIBs, Connectors, and REST APIs.
• Design and build custom applications, APIs, and automation with Workday Extend and related tech.
• Lead technical assessments to simplify architecture and improve reliability.
• Develop monitoring, logging, and alerting for maintainable systems.
