Job summary

Snap Inc. seeks a Lead, Workday Integration Engineer to drive end-to-end integration and automation across the People Team. You will own architecture, design, development, testing, and deployment of Workday integrations, APIs, and data flows to support scalable HR processes and analytics.

You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, IT, and Analytics to optimize performance, security, and maintainability while applying emerging technologies for more intelligent People Tech solutions.

Qualifications

• Deep expertise in Workday integration technologies, reporting, security, and data architecture.
• Advanced proficiency with Workday SOAP and REST APIs, including authentication and error handling.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals: API design, data structures, and secure development practices.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end technical delivery for integration and automation solutions from discovery through deployment.
• Architect and develop complex integrations using Workday technologies and REST APIs.
• Design and build APIs and automation using Workday Extend and related technologies.
• Lead technical assessments to simplify architecture and improve reliability and performance.
• Develop monitoring, logging, and testing strategies to ensure robust solutions.
