Job summary

Capital One is seeking an Integrations Engineer 4 (Workday) in Chicago to design and implement complex Workday integrations across HCM, Recruiting, and Payroll. You will lead a team of integrators, work with Product Owner and partners, and deliver high-quality solutions in an Agile environment.

The role requires 6+ years on HR platforms (Workday) with 4+ years in Workday Integrations or related tasks, plus strong API experience (REST/SOAP).

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree required.
6+ years in HR platforms (Workday) or related experience.
4+ years in Workday Integrations or functional configuration (HCM, Recruiting, Compensation, etc).
2+ years in a technical leadership role overseeing strategic projects.

Responsibilities

Translate business priorities into HR value propositions and strategies.
Deliver Workday solutions across HCM, Recruiting, Compensation, Payroll and Benefits.
Communicate effectively with team, Product Owner, and stakeholders.
Identify process improvements with HR partners and redesign processes for better results.
Design and develop complex Workday integrations using web services, SOAP, REST, WSDL, XML, XSLT.
Provide technical expertise on Workday Studio, security, troubleshooting, data analysis, and vendor coordination.
Lead a team of integrators and configurators for Workday HCM modules.
Align with product owners on priorities and deliver using Agile methodologies.
Design and develop automation workflows, perform unit tests, and conduct code reviews.
