Job summary
Capital One is seeking an Integration Engineer 3, Workday - Functional (HCM) to join People Tech and advance our HR technology ecosystem. You will develop highly resilient Workday solutions, champion automation of processes, and partner with HR and engineering teams to drive innovative, scalable capabilities.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 4+ years of Workday functional configuration experience (HCM, Recruiting, Benefits, Compensation, Time Tracking, Performance Management).
- 2+ years configuring Workday business processes.
- 1 year of experience with calculated fields or custom reports.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product owners to understand required capabilities and testing scenarios.
- Translate business priorities into HR value propositions and system configurations.
- Deliver Workday solutions across HCM, Recruiting, Payroll, Benefits with high quality and consistency.
- Communicate effectively with team, Product Owner and stakeholders to influence solutions.
- Identify process improvements with HR partners and redesign business processes for better results.
- Stay updated on Workday updates and capabilities; build thorough system documentation.
