Job summary

Capital One is seeking an Integrations Engineer 4 for Workday (HCM) in McLean, VA to design and deliver robust HR technology integrations. You will lead a team of integrators, collaborate with Product Owners, and ensure scalable, secure solutions across HCM, Recruiting, Payroll and Benefits.

You will apply Workday Studio, SOAP/REST web services, and data transformation to automate processes, drive reliability, and participate in Agile delivery with a focus on performance and security.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
• 6+ years of experience on HR platforms (Workday).
• 4+ years with Workday Integrations (HCM, Recruiting, Benefits, Payroll, Time Tracking, Performance).
• 2+ years in a technical leadership role overseeing strategic projects.

Responsibilities

• Translate business priorities into Workday value solutions across HCM, Recruiting, Compensation, Payroll and Benefits.
• Design and develop complex integrations within the Workday platform using web services (SOAP, REST) and related technologies.
• Lead a team of integrators to support Workday HCM modules and ensure system reliability.
• Collaborate with Product Owners and HR partners to align on priorities in an Agile environment.
• Develop automation workflows and perform unit tests with code reviews for quality and performance.
