Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 6+ years on HR platforms (Workday).
• 4+ years of Workday Integrations or configuration (HCM, Recruiting, Benefits, Payroll).
• 2+ years in a technical leadership role overseeing strategic projects.

Responsibilities

• Translate business priorities into HR value propositions.
• Deliver Workday solutions across HCM, Recruiting, Compensation, Payroll and Benefits.
• Communicate across team, Product Owner, and stakeholders.
• Design and develop complex Workday integrations using SOAP, REST, XML.
• Lead a team of integrators and configurators for Workday HCM modules.
• Develop automation workflows and perform unit tests and code reviews.
