Capital One seeks an Integration Engineer 3, Workday - Functional (HCM) to partner with product owners and HR partners in delivering Workday-based solutions across HCM, Recruiting, and Benefits. You will configure business processes, build reports, and ensure secure, scalable Workday implementations while collaborating in an agile environment.

The role emphasizes staying current with Workday updates, maintaining detailed documentation, and providing production support to resolve issues for HR

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 4 years of experience with Workday functional configuration tasks (HCM, Recruiting, Benefits, Compensation, Time Tracking, Performance Management).
• At least 2 years of experience configuring business processes within the Workday platform.
• At least 1 year of experience with calculated fields or custom reports.
• 5+ years of experience with Workday functional configuration (preferred).
• Experience working in an agile delivery environment (preferred).
• Workday or Workday Pro certifications (preferred).
• 2+ years of experience with Workday Security or Workday Reporting (preferred).
• 1+ years of experience loading HCM data into Workday using EIBs (preferred).

Responsabilidades

• Work with product owners to understand desired application capabilities and testing scenarios.
• Understand and translate business priorities while integrating HR value propositions and strategies.
• Deliver solutions in Workday across HCM, Recruiting, Compensation, Payroll and Benefits through efficient processes.
• Effectively communicate across team, Product Owner, stakeholders and influence solutions.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and redesign business processes with HR partners.
• Stay up-to-date on Workday updates, fixes and capabilities.
• Build and maintain thorough documentation for system implementation.
• Serve as primary contact for questions on system functionality from business and technical perspectives.
• Provide production support for Workday by troubleshooting problems and coordinating with the business to resolve issues.
