Job summary

Invisors is seeking an Absence & Time Tracking Architect to lead the HCM workstream by coaching junior consultants and delivering Workday projects. You will collaborate with other domain leads and ensure a strong plan and design for clients' Workday systems.

The role emphasizes internal leadership and external design delivery, with a focus on driving project success and client satisfaction across engagements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Workday Absence & Time Tracking configuration experience.
• Workday implementation/project experience.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong communication and client-facing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Guide project scope and design commitments with a client.
• Partner with the Project Manager and Engagement Executive for planning.
• Develop solutions across project areas to meet requirements.
• Serve as Area Architect for their project.
• Assist in budgetary accountability for their projects.
• Deliver difficult messages effectively and tailor the approach.
• Coach junior consultants within the workstream.
