Job summary

Onterris, Inc. is seeking a senior Workday Lead Analyst for Financials & Projects to own the strategic roadmap and solution architecture for Workday PSA, including Projects, Project Billing, and Contract-to-Cash.

You will partner with senior leaders and IT to shape long-term strategy while mentoring the Workday team. The role requires 8+ years of Workday experience, strong leadership, and expertise in Workday security and cross-functional governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• 8+ years of Workday functional experience with deep expertise in Financials, Projects, and PSA capabilities.
• Experience acting as a solution architect for end-to-end Workday configurations.
• Extensive Workday security model knowledge and governance.
• Proven track record owning strategic roadmaps and advising executives.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and vendor relationships at a strategic level.
• Mentoring, coaching or developing other analysts.
• Excellent communication with ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Strong analytical skills for backend architecture, data mapping, and integrations.
• Proficiency with MS Office and project/collaboration tools (Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet).
• Experience with third-party/vendor management and operational process transformation.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the strategic roadmap for Workday Projects (PSA) and related modules.
• Design end-to-end Workday configurations that scale across complex processes.
• Lead roadmap planning and backlog prioritization with senior stakeholders.
• Maintain knowledge of Workday releases and PSA innovations; shape the enhancement pipeline.
• Serve as escalation point for complex system issues and remediation.
