Job summary

Onterris is seeking a Sr. Director, Workday & Financial Systems to lead the Workday Financials and PSA platform for a $800M+ public company.

You will guide a specialized systems team, drive platform optimization, and manage M&A integration while partnering with business leaders to enable scalable finance operations. The role balances enterprise delivery leadership with strong financial acumen, shaping the technology roadmap across finance platforms and ensuring governance and security standards

Qualifications

8+ years leading enterprise financial systems including Workday Financials and/or PSA.
5+ years in a leadership role managing ERP or financial systems teams.
Strong accounting knowledge with 5+ years supporting core processes.
Experience in a publicly traded company with SOX/audit requirements.
Proven ability to partner with senior Finance leadership as trusted advisor.
Experience leading platform transformations and acquisitions.

Responsibilities

Lead Workday Financials and PSA platform strategy, health, and evolution.
Define SDLC, coding standards, and architectural principles.
Own delivery quality and align with enterprise integration, data, and security.
Lead Workday releases, testing, and feature adoption.
Manage vendor and partner relationships and multi-year roadmaps.
Provide executive leadership for Workday PSA; enable integration with Salesforce/Snowflake.
Drive automation and analytics to improve finance efficiency.
