Job summary

Onterris, Inc. is seeking a Lead Workday Analyst – Financials & Projects to own the strategic roadmap and solution architecture for Workday PSA, Projects, Billing and the Contract-to-Cash lifecycle.

You will partner with business and IT leaders to shape long-term capabilities and mentor the Workday team. This role can be remote with a preference for candidates near Irvine, CA; requires 8+ years Workday experience across Financials and PSA, strong stakeholder influence, and success leading

Qualifications

8+ years of Workday functional experience across Financials, Projects, PSA (Project Billing, Customer Accounts).
Experience acting as a solution architect for end-to-end Workday configurations.
Deep Workday security model knowledge and governance.

Responsibilities

Own and drive the strategic roadmap for Workday PSA including Project Budgets, Billing, Invoicing, and Contract-to-Cash lifecycle.
Design end-to-end Workday configurations that scale across cross-functional processes.
Lead backlog prioritization discussions with senior stakeholders and translate strategy into technical direction.
Maintain knowledge of Workday release cycles and PSA innovations; shape enhancement pipeline.
Mentor junior/mid-level analysts; lead complex cross-functional projects end-to-end.
Own change management including training, SOPs, and documentation standards.
