Aon plc seeks an experienced Workday PSA Architect to lead the strategy, architecture, and ongoing evolution of the Workday PSA platform across a global, matrixed organization. You will translate complex finance and operations requirements into scalable configurations and integrations, serving as design authority and hands-on technical lead.

This role drives major PSA initiatives from discovery through stabilization and support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in information systems, finance, accounting, or related field.
• Extensive Workday PSA and Financials experience with architecture and design responsibilities.
• Ability to lead global, matrixed delivery of enterprise PSA solutions.

Responsabilités

• Define strategy and governance for Workday PSA, aligning with finance, project delivery, and ops priorities.
• Serve as enterprise design authority for Workday PSA across Projects, Billing, Contracts, Time Tracking, Revenue, AR and Collections.
• Lead architecture and delivery for major PSA initiatives from discovery to deployment and steady-state support.
• Translate complex requirements into scalable Workday configurations, processes, security, and integrations.
• Architect end-to-end PSA processes including setup, time entry, billing, revenue recognition, and collections.
• Oversee integrations with CRM, ERP, tax, data warehouses, and reporting platforms.
• Collaborate with Finance, Operations, and Tech teams to ensure PSA designs fit the broader Workday ecosystem.
