Job summary

Aon plc is seeking an experienced Workday PSA Architect to lead the strategy, roadmap, architecture, and ongoing evolution of our enterprise Workday PSA platform.

You will serve as design authority and hands-on technical lead, translating complex finance and operations requirements into scalable PSA solutions across project setup, time capture, billing, revenue recognition, AR, and collections.

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on experience architecting, configuring, and supporting Workday PSA and related Workday Financials capabilities in a complex global environment.
• 7+ years of experience with enterprise financial systems or professional services technology, including 5+ years of Workday Financials and PSA implementation, configuration, architecture, or consulting experience.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical builds and clearly explain complex options and tradeoffs.

Responsibilities

• Define architectural standards and guardrails for configuration, business processes, security, reporting, and data governance.
• Lead design authority for Workday PSA covering Projects, Project Billing, Customer Contracts, Time Tracking, Expenses, Revenue Management, AR, and Collections.
• Architect end-to-end PSA processes: project/contract/customer/worktag setup, time and expense capture, approvals and corrections.
• Oversee integrations between Workday PSA and adjacent platforms (CRM, ERP, data warehouses, payroll, etc.).
• Partner with Finance, Operations, Technology, and regions to deliver PSA initiatives from discovery to steady-state support.
