Job summary

Onterris is seeking a Lead Workday Analyst – Financials & Projects to own the strategic roadmap and architect scalable Workday configurations across PSA, Projects Billing, and Customer Accounts. You will partner with senior leaders and IT to shape long‑term strategy, mentor the team, and drive complex initiatives to successful delivery.

Qualifications

8+ years of Workday functional experience across Financials, Projects, and PSA capabilities.
Experience acting as a solution architect for end‑to‑end Workday configurations.
Deep knowledge of Workday security model and governance.

Responsibilities

Own the strategic roadmap for Workday Projects (PSA) and related lifecycle areas.
Design scalable end‑to‑end Workday configurations across cross‑functional processes.
Lead roadmap planning, backlog prioritization and executive alignment.
Mentor junior analysts and lead complex cross‑functional projects.
Engage with stakeholders to shape strategy and measure adoption.
