Experis is seeking a Workday Developer to join the HRIT Compensation team in Charlotte, NC. This role focuses on designing, developing, and supporting Workday Extend solutions for compensation processes and building integrations with other HR systems.

You will lead technical initiatives, contribute to Agile projects, and mentor teammates while delivering robust, extensible Workday solutions in a global, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Workday Extend development.
• Experience building integrations between Workday and other HR systems.
• Knowledge of Workday Compensation and HR systems.
• Strong coding, testing, debugging, and deployment skills.
• Experience in Agile environments and leading technical projects.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support Workday Extend solutions for compensation processes.
