Job summary

Experience leading or mentoring technical teams.
Understanding of compensation administration and Total Rewards.

Responsibilities

Lead design, configuration, implementation, and optimization of Workday Core and Advanced Compensation.
Partner with Digital Product Managers to prioritize solutions that align with compensation programs.
Provide technical input into product strategy, estimation, and delivery planning.
Ensure solutions meet Workday best practices, security, and standards.
Drive continuous improvement to simplify processes and improve user experience.
Lead and develop a team of Product Engineers for Workday Compensation.
Collaborate with platform consultants and cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery.
Track operational, quality, and delivery metrics and overall product health.
Oversee testing activities including functional, regression, and UAT.
