2+ years of experience in a technical leadership role overseeing strategic projects.

Responsibilities

Translate business priorities into HR value-driven Workday solutions.
Deliver Workday solutions across HCM, Recruiting, Payroll, and Benefits with high quality.
Communicate across team, product owner, and stakeholders to influence solutions.
Identify process improvement opportunities with HR partners.
Design and develop complex Workday integrations using SOAP, REST, WSDL, XML, XSLT.
Provide expertise on Workday Studio, security, troubleshooting, data analysis.
Lead a team of Workday integrators and configurators.
Collaborate with product owners to align priorities using Agile.
Design and develop automation workflows; perform tests and code reviews.
