Job summary

ERPA is seeking an experienced HCM Manager to lead the Workday HCM team across multiple client engagements in the United States. You will be a hands‑on senior consultant, guiding design, configuration, testing, and go‑live while mentoring staff and driving innovation.

In this role you will manage up to 10 direct reports, provide SME support for SKUs, and collaborate with sales on LOEs and demos. Strong communications and implementer‑level Workday certifications are required.

Qualifications

Minimum five years as Workday HCM lead/partner consultant at a partner firm.
Experience leading multiple Workday Phase 1 implementations and Phase X.
Experience with Higher Education or Government Workday deployments is preferred.
Active Workday certifications with implementer access required.

Responsibilities

Oversee delivery for the Workday HCM team, while serving as hands‑on lead consultant.
Guide design, configuration, prototyping, testing and go‑live activities.
Act as SME for multiple SKUs and support sales with LOEs and demos.
Maintain client relationships and ensure on‑time delivery across engagements.
Collaborate with managers and cross‑functional teams on status and priorities.
Leverage AI and emerging tech to improve delivery and outcomes.
