Job summary

Cognizant is seeking an HCM Manager with strong Workday expertise to lead delivery and staff assignments, ensuring work–life balance for consultants while coordinating with client teams. You will guide project planning from requirements to deployment and support post-go-live changes.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in IT-related field, 5+ years Workday experience, and SME knowledge of a Workday module. Excellent communication and risk mitigation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Strong Workday implementation experience.
• 5 years’ Workday experience or more.
• SME of at least 1 Workday Module.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to identify risks and mitigate them.
• Excellent communication and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Leads all aspects of customer support including workforce, SLAs, and CRM.
• Speaks with clients and leads project planning, requirements, design, testing, deployment, and maintenance of Workday ecosystem.
• Oversees workload and acts as escalation path for urgent issues; coordinates resources and prioritizes tasks.
• Oversees forecasting and utilization of the team.
• Participates in post-go-live changes and End to End testing with customers.
• Establishes processes, standards, and key metrics for day-to-day team operations.
• Develops internal training materials and deployment packs for new functionality.
• Supports customer satisfaction and success across teams.
