GQR is seeking a hands-on Workday Solution Architect to own platform design as the organization grows, with a focus on scalable HCM modules and leading projects from requirements through go-live.

In this role you will guide integration design (EIB, Core Connectors, Studio), set configuration and security standards, review Workday releases including AI features, mentor the HRIS analyst team, and simplify configurations to reduce technical debt.

Formación

• 6+ years of Workday experience with hands-on configuration across multiple HCM modules.
• Experience leading full-lifecycle Workday projects or workstreams.
• Ability to explain design decisions to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Own Workday solution design across modules, with a focus on scalability and maintainability
• Lead select projects end to end, such as performance cycle rollouts and Advanced Compensation builds, covering design, configuration, testing, and deployment
• Guide integration design (EIB, Core Connectors, Studio) in partnership with IT
• Set and document standards for configuration, security, and design decisions
• Review Workday releases and new functionality, including AI features, and recommend what to adopt
• Advise HR, Compensation, Talent, Payroll, and Benefits leaders, and mentor the HRIS analyst team
• Simplify existing configuration and reduce technical debt

What you'll do

• Own Workday solution design across modules, with a focus on scalability and maintainability
• Lead select projects end to end, such as performance cycle rollouts and Advanced Compensation builds, covering design, configuration, testing, and deployment
• Guide integration design (EIB, Core Connectors, Studio) in partnership with IT
• Set and document standards for configuration, security, and design decisions
• Review Workday releases and new functionality, including AI features, and recommend what to adopt
• Advise HR, Compensation, Talent, Payroll, and Benefits leaders, and mentor the HRIS analyst team
• Simplify existing configuration and reduce technical debt

What you'll bring

• 6+ years of Workday experience with hands-on configuration across multiple HCM modules (Core HCM, Compensation, Talent and Performance, Absence, Benefits, Recruiting, Payroll)
• A track record of architecting or redesigning Workday for scale, beyond maintaining what exists
• Experience leading full-lifecycle Workday projects or workstreams
• Strong knowledge of reporting, calculated fields, security, and the business process framework
• Working knowledge of EIB, Core Connectors, and Studio
• Workday certifications (functional or technical)
• Consulting or implementation partner background strongly preferred
• Ability to explain design decisions to non-technical stakeholders
