Job summary

Brown Brothers Harriman (BBH) is seeking a Technical Workday Manager to bridge HR stakeholders and delivery teams, owning end-to-end Workday HCM, Integrations and Security design. This role leads a team of Workday developers, providing hands-on technical guidance to deliver scalable enterprise solutions.

Ideal candidates bring 7+ years of Workday experience, strong governance, and the ability to drive initiatives in regulated environments.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Workday experience in HCM configuration, integration and/or security.
• Experience leading full lifecycle Workday implementations or major tenant refreshes.
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams and adapt to shifting priorities while meeting deadlines.
• Experience operating in regulated or compliance-driven environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee integration architecture and delivery across Workday platforms (HCM, Integrations, Security).
• Provide design guidance for Workday Security configuration and related enhancements.
• Partner with HR Systems leads to guidance across Core HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Absence, Recruiting, Talent, and Payroll modules.
• Lead technical workshops, translate BRDs into user stories and technical designs, and mentor junior staff.
