Groundswell is seeking a Workday Technical Architect to lead technical delivery for a complex Workday implementation for an Intelligence Community customer. The role oversees integration, data conversion, security, environments, and testing across multiple workstreams, ensuring alignment with architecture and standards.
The ideal candidate brings deep Workday architecture knowledge, enterprise IT experience, and the ability to drive decisions while communicating clearly to technical and program
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in CS, IT, or engineering, or equivalent.
- 10+ years enterprise technology, ERP, or large system implementations.
- 5+ years Workday implementation with technical delivery.
- Experience as Technical Lead/Architect on multiple HCM/workday projects.
- Citizenship and ability to obtain TS/SCI security clearance.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership across Workday technical workstreams (integration, data conversion, security).
- Coordinate dependencies across teams, vendors, and programs.
- Engage with the customer's CIO and enterprise technology stakeholders.
- Ensure readiness, testing, cutover, and deployment milestones.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks and dependencies across programs.
