Job summary

Guidehouse is seeking a Technical Consultant in our Workday Practice to design and develop system integrations across Workday HCM and Financials. You will lead a team of integration consultants and collaborate with clients to deliver comprehensive integration solutions.

You will implement complex Workday integrations using Studio, EIB, Orchestrate, and core connectors while coordinating with third-party vendors. A strong focus on consultative, customer-focused delivery is essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of Workday implementation, or Master's with 3+ years.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage other integration consultants through Workday deployments.
Design, build, test, and support complex Workday integrations (Studio, EIB, Orchestrate, and core connectors).
Work directly with clients to gather requirements and design documents.
Develop and lead development of quality Workday integrations.
Coordinate with 3rd party vendors to complete integration work.
Communicate technical challenges and solutions to teams.
Participate in a culture of innovation to improve processes and assets.
Demonstrate consultative skills and drive customer satisfaction.
