Job summary

Zscaler seeks a Lead Workday Integration Developer (People Tech & AI) to drive the evolution of our HR tech stack. This remote role reports to the Director and blends Workday expertise with AI-driven development to deliver intelligent employee experiences across the HR landscape.

You will lead agile teams, build automated workflows, and partner with HR, Payroll, and IT executives to translate complex AI capabilities into business value.

Qualifications

• Foundational understanding of AI/ML technologies and experience leveraging AI-driven solutions.
• 8+ years of software engineering or systems integration experience with Workday integrations.
• Experience integrating AI tools and LLMs into enterprise workflows and AI-assisted development practices.
• Proven ability to lead agile teams and manage vendor relationships.
• Ability to build business cases and measure ROI of P&C tech solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own full lifecycle of cross-platform People & Culture solutions bridging systems like Workday and HR tooling.
• Design and implement AI-driven HR solutions and AI-assisted development practices.
• Serve as senior SME and partner to HR, Payroll, and IT executives; translate technical concepts into business value.
• Develop data-driven business cases with clear ROI and define success metrics for adoption.
• Deliver implementation plans using agile methodologies with robust test plans for Workday integrations.
