Workday is seeking a Senior Technical Integration Consultant - AI HCM Solutions to lead end-to-end HCM integrations, balancing hands-on development with strategic advisory. You will architect integrations between Workday HCM modules and external systems, using REST APIs, OAuth, SAML, and AI-enabled workflows to optimize data accuracy and security.

The role requires 5+ years in integration, experience with Workday or ERP, and proficiency in Python/SQL/Java.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of demonstrated integration or technical experience in Workday HCM or 8+ years in ERP domains such as SAP, Oracle, or PeopleSoft.
• 4+ years of advisory lead or architect experience on large-scale customer implementations.
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs and modern authentication (OAuth, OIDC, SAML).
• Proficiency in Python, Java, or SQL.
• AI fluency: familiarity with LLM, MCP integration, and agentic workflow design.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions with domain specialists to gather requirements and produce technical documentation.
• Architect and build scalable integration designs optimized for high-volume Workday environments.
• Hands-on development of agentic integration solutions using Workday tooling and AI capabilities.
• Design secure AI-driven workflows with strict data governance and PII protection.
• Mentor junior consultants and share integration design patterns.
• Engage in the sales process to scope complex HCM integration projects.
• Explain advanced concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
