Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is seeking a Senior Workday Engineer to own the design, development, and delivery of Workday integrations, custom applications, and AI solutions across the People Technology stack. You will collaborate with HR, Payroll, and Finance to translate complex requirements into scalable, maintainable solutions.

The role emphasizes hands-on Workday Studio, Core Connectors, Extend, and Prism Analytics, plus building AI-powered automations and secure data exposure to AI

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on Workday integration experience across Core Connectors, EIB, and Workday Studio.
• 3+ years of payroll/benefit integrations experience (PECI, payroll interface, benefits carrier, third-party payroll connections).
• 2+ years developing and shipping custom applications in Workday Extend (objects, fields, orchestration, UI).
• 2+ years building Workday Prism pipelines (source selection, transformation, publishing datasets).
• Experience building AI-powered features by integrating LLMs into HR workflows and automations.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, test, and maintain Workday integrations across Core Connectors, EIB, and Workday Studio.
• Own the full integration lifecycle from requirements to production support.
• Architect and develop custom applications using Workday Extend.
• Build and maintain Workday Prism Analytics pipelines for data transformation and reporting.
