Job summary

Sierra Nevada Corporation is seeking a Workday Technical Lead to design, develop, and implement complex Workday solutions across integrations, Extend, AI, and data platforms. You will translate ambiguous requirements into clear, scalable architectures and serve as the technical lead for the Workday developer platform.

You will collaborate with the Product Owner and business stakeholders to drive solutions to completion, while staying current on Workday advancements and emerging AI/LLM

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience with at least 2+ years of hands-on Workday technical experience, including deep expertise in Workday integration development, security, reports and business processes.
• In absence of a degree, a minimum of 10 years of related experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead solution design efforts for complex Workday initiatives, translating business needs into technical designs with architecture diagrams and data flow models.
• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain Workday solutions across integrations, Orchestrate, iPaaS, RaaS, REST/SOAP APIs, GRAPHQL, Extend, and Data Lakes.
• Architect secure integration patterns and modernize SNC's tech stack across the Workday integration landscape.
• Provide platform operations support including monitoring, performance management, and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with Product Owner and stakeholders to gather requirements and drive solutions to completion.
