Qualifications

• Experience with multiple welding processes (GMAW, GTAW, SMAW, SAW).
• Strong knowledge of NDT methods and failure analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize welding procedures for manufacturing processes.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for defects.
• Specify and procure welding equipment, consumables, and tooling.
• Provide technical support and training to welding technicians.
• Ensure compliance with standards, codes, and customer specs.
• Lead continuous improvement on welding quality, efficiency, and safety.
