Leigh & Co. Events is seeking a Lead Wedding Coordinator for the 2026 season and beyond. This contract role lets you pick your own schedule and includes on-site wedding planning, coordination, and design execution.

Training is provided. Pay is $400 per project for 10–12 hours, with weekend availability required. You will serve as lead planner onsite, coordinating with client experience managers and assistants to deliver seamless weddings for couples.

Qualifikationen

• Must have 2 years of experience as a wedding or event planner.
• Must be able to work on weekends.

Aufgaben

• Attend final details calls about 6 weeks before the wedding to confirm logistics, timeline, and expectations.
• Lead and facilitate the ceremony rehearsal the day before the wedding, ensuring timing and cues.
• Greet, direct, and be the main contact for all vendors; communicate setup instructions.
• Oversee ceremony and reception setup in line with design and playbook.
• Manage full wedding day execution from vendor arrival to breakdown.
• Support wedding party and family with guidance and timing cues.
