Leigh & Co. Events is seeking Lead Wedding Coordinators to manage wedding planning services onsite for couples, with training provided. This contract role offers a per-project pay of $400 for roughly 10–12 hours and you can choose your schedule for the 2026 season and beyond.

You will lead planning and execution onsite, coordinating with client experience managers and assistants to ensure flawless events and memorable guest experiences.

Qualificações

• 2+ years as wedding or event planner.
• Strong communication and detail orientation.
• Ability to travel and lift 30 lbs.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsabilidades

• Attend final details call with clients ~6 weeks before wedding.
• Lead ceremony rehearsal and ensure smooth timing.
• Be primary onsite advocate for the couple and handle challenges.
• Oversee ceremony and reception setup per design and playbook.
• Manage full wedding day execution from vendor arrival to breakdown.
• Direct vendors and communicate setup instructions.
• Coordinate seating cards, menus, table numbers, decor.
• Support wedding party with timing cues and day-of needs.
• Ensure gifts, guest book, and decor are packed and counted.
• Proactively resolve last-minute changes for guest experience.
