• Minimum 2 years of experience as a wedding or event planner.
• Strong communication skills and detail orientation.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Ability to carry and lift up to 30 lbs.
• Weekend availability required.

Responsibilities

• Attend final details calls 4–6 weeks before wedding to confirm logistics.
• Lead ceremony rehearsal and ensure timing and cues.
• Serve as primary onsite advocate for the couple and handle challenges.
• Oversee ceremony and reception setup per design and playbook.
• Manage full wedding day execution from vendor arrival to breakdown.
• Greet and direct vendors; communicate setup instructions.
• Coordinate placement of escort cards, menus, table numbers, décor.
• Support wedding party with timing cues and day-of needs.
• Ensure end-of-event items are packed and accounted for.
• Proactively resolve last-minute changes for smooth guest experience.
• Ability to work weekends is essential.
