You will serve as lead planner, working with client experience managers and on-site coordinators to execute weddings, coordinate vendors, and ensure a flawless day-from setup to breakdown.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience as a wedding planner or event planner
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Reliable transportation
• Able to carry and lift up to 30 lbs
• Ability to work weekends is essential

Responsibilities

• Attend final details call with clients ~6 weeks before wedding to confirm logistics and timeline
• Lead ceremony rehearsal the day before the wedding
• Serve as primary onsite advocate for the couple and handle challenges
• Oversee ceremony and reception setup per design and playbook
• Manage full wedding day execution from vendor arrival to breakdown
• Greet and coordinate with vendors; provide setup instructions and directions
• Coordinate placement of escort cards, menus, table numbers, and decor
• Support wedding party and family with timing cues and day-of needs
• Ensure end-of-event items are packed and accounted for
• Proactively resolve last-minute changes to maintain guest experience
