You will work with client experience managers and assistants to execute weddings, ensuring flawless timing, vendor coordination, and a calm guest experience throughout the day.

Qualifications

• Requires ability to manage logistics and timelines for high‑end weddings.
• Strong communication with clients, vendors, and team members.
• Attention to detail in on-site setup and day-of execution.

Responsibilities

• Attend final details call with clients ~6 weeks before wedding to confirm logistics and timeline.
• Lead ceremony rehearsal and ensure participants are confident in timing and cues.
• Serve as primary onsite advocate for the couple and keep a calm, solutions‑driven presence.
• Oversee ceremony and reception setup aligned with design and execution playbook.
• Manage day-of execution from vendor arrival to breakdown.
• Greet and direct vendors, communicate setup instructions to ensure alignment.
• Assist with placement of escort cards, menus, table numbers, decor, and personal items.
• Support wedding party and family with timing cues and day-of needs.
• Ensure all end-of-event items are packed and accounted for.
