Veolia is seeking a Process Engineering Project Technical Leader to drive integrated water, wastewater, and waste treatment solutions across North America. You will own the process design basis, guide a team of Process Engineers, and ensure technical excellence while balancing commercial considerations.

You will coordinate deliverables, manage risks, and maintain regulatory compliance, delivering high-quality results and strong customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an accredited engineering discipline.
• Related experience, preferably in process engineering, with emphasis on design/operation of water or wastewater treatment systems.
• Leadership experience or demonstrated leadership capability, including the ability to connect people around a shared vision and objective.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Customer-focused approach balancing technical and commercial considerations.

Responsabilités

• Lead development of complete water or wastewater treatment solutions, including PFDs and process parameters.
• Own the overall PFD, flow tables or mass balance, and process guarantees.
• Set the process strategy for the project and design basis.
• Coordinate Process Engineers, define deliverables and schedules, ensure quality and on-time delivery.
• Evaluate unit processes interactions and impacts on upstream/downstream systems.
• Identify and manage technical risks with the project team.
• Serve as lead technical contact for customers and internal teams.
• Troubleshoot issues using data and observations, guide corrective actions.
• Understand relevant regulations and liaise with regulatory agencies as needed.
• Take accountability for project success, performance, and customer satisfaction.
