Zusammenfassung

BELFOR Property Restoration is seeking an intermediate Water Damage Specialist to lead residential and small commercial losses. You will apply IICRC water and mold practices, manage extraction equipment and moisture detection tools, and determine moisture extent for documentation.

Intermediaries support basic technicians and assist in large-scale projects. Responsibilities include directing teams, documenting progress, and traveling as needed.

Qualifikationen

• 12 months of experience in Basic Level Water Damage in BELFOR or equivalent
• Participation in at least 25 water damage projects
• Working knowledge of IICRC S500 Water Damage Standard
• Working knowledge of IICRC S520 Mold Remediation Standard
• Familiarity with BELFOR Water Damage Book
• Ability to draw sketches/read floor plans and document moisture data
• Experience supervising small crews (up to 10)

• Receive instructions from Supervisor
• Direct teams in using the correct PPE
• Review project requirements; document progress for managers
• Provide field documentation, photos, charts, and sketches
• Perform daily vehicle safety inspections and maintenance
• Maintain attention to detail and safety standards
• Demonstrate strong customer service and urgency
• Be prepared to travel and work nights/weekends
• Accurately log time and equipment used
• Attend BELFOR operations and training courses
