Job summary

BELFOR is seeking a Water Damage Specialist at the intermediate level to lead the water damage team on residential and small commercial losses, applying IICRC standards and managing moisture restoration with portable drying equipment. You will document moisture, supervise crews up to 10, and coordinate with supervisors to ensure quality and safety.

You will travel as needed, maintain field documentation, charts, and sketches, and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines while delivering excellent

Qualifications

• Experience supervising water damage projects and small crews.
• Strong knowledge of IICRC S500/S520 standards.
• Current IICRC WRT designation and familiarity with BELFOR Water Damage materials.
• Ability to document moisture; sketch floor plans and create moisture logs.

Responsibilities

• Direct teams in the use of PPE and safety practices.
• Review project requirements; document progress and report to managers.
• Provide field documentation, photos, charts and sketches for projects.
• Inspect and maintain vehicle safety and equipment daily.
• Travel nights and weekends as necessary; meet deadlines.
