Qualifications

• Must hold a Class B CDL with Tanker Endorsement and a Wastewater license with upgrade path.
• Familiarity with lock out tag out procedures and safety rules.
• Knowledge of electrical, instrumentation, and mechanical systems in wastewater plants.

Responsibilities

• Lead Maintenance Crew in absence of Supervisor and perform high-skills maintenance.
• Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair lift stations, pumps, motors, and electrical systems.
• Order parts, prepare quotes, and assist in purchasing for upcoming projects.
• Instruct workers on efficient methods and maintain safety standards.
• Operate sludge handling, chemical dosing, and dewatering equipment; haul debris to landfill.
• Maintain records, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
