Job summary

Southshore Companies seeks a Floor Supervisor to lead forklift operators, auditors, and CSRs at our RDC in Iowa. You will ensure safe, efficient operations, coach the team, and uphold lean and 5S standards.

Responsibilities include scheduling, loading/unloading, and inventory control while communicating with customers and management. A High School diploma and 3+ years supervisory experience are required; SAP experience and forklift license are highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Requires High School Diploma or GED.
• 3+ years warehouse supervision experience.
• Powered Industrial Forklift Truck License preferred.
• Prior SAP scanning experience a plus.
• Inventory control experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily operational plan under site leadership guidance.
• Schedule and perform warehousing duties including loading/unloading, put-away and picking.
• Lead forklift operators and auditors to deliver best-in-class customer service.
• Coach and direct forklift operations and auditors, uphold safety and processes.
• Drive lean thinking and 5S in daily activities.
• Interface with customers, employees, and leadership to ensure smooth operations.
• Perform daily forklift inspections and report malfunctions.
