Job summary

Southshore Companies is seeking a Floor Supervisor to lead forklift operators, auditors, and CSRs at the RDC, ensuring safe, efficient operations and customer satisfaction. You’ll train staff, drive inventory accuracy with SAP, and uphold the company culture and processes.

The role requires 3+ years of supervision in a warehouse, a high school diploma or GED, and preferred SAP experience. Overtime and some Saturdays may be required during peak season.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years warehouse supervision experience; education may substitute for experience.
• Powered Industrial Forklift Truck License highly preferred.
• Prior SAP scanning experience is a plus.
• Inventory control experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead forklift operators, auditors, and CSRs to meet service levels.
• Schedule and perform warehousing duties including loading/unloading.
• Coach and direct forklift operations, ensuring safety and lean practices.
• Maintain inventory accuracy using SAP and conduct audits.
• Interface with customers and leadership to drive continuous improvement.
