You will coordinate with the On-Site Manager to set schedules, assist with recruiting, and ensure policies are followed. The role includes forklift duties, load handling, and maintaining secure, efficient operations.

Qualifications

• 1 year of Supervisor or Lead experience preferred.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation.
• Forklift certification.

Responsibilities

• Schedule shifts with the On-Site Manager to service local customers.
• Assist with recruiting and developing employees.
• Ensure company safety and HR policies are followed.
• Load/unload materials and manage equipment maintenance.
• Assist forklift duties as needed.
• Maintain timely, legible records of shifts and movements.
• Support employee relations issues with the On-Site Manager.
• Ensure loads are secured and daily checks on power equipment are performed.
• Examine products for quality conformance and perform data entry.
