Job summary

Southshore Companies seeks a Floor Supervisor to lead forklift operators, auditors, and customer service representatives within its regional distribution center. You will drive safe, efficient operations, lean improvements, and 5S discipline to meet customer requirements and uphold high standards.

You will coach teams, manage SAP-based inventory processes, and maintain a strong safety culture while achieving productivity in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3 plus years of warehouse supervision experience required; additional education may be substituted for years of work experience.
• Powered Industrial Forklift Truck License is highly preferred.
• Prior SAP scanning experience is a plus.
• Inventory control experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute the daily operational plan in accordance with the site leadership teams guidance and direction.
• Schedule, assign, and perform various warehousing duties including loading and unloading trucks, put-away, and picking, maintaining warehouse organization and cleanliness.
• Lead, motivate, and direct the lift truck operators and auditors to deliver best-in-class customer service through operational excellence.
• Provide coaching and leadership to all forklift operations and auditors, ensures the company's culture, values, and processes are upheld.
• Foster team environment that motivates, inspires, educates, and empowers our team members to reach their full potential.
