Qualifications

• Ability to manage priorities and workflow.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.
• Proficient in RF Scanners and SAP.

Responsibilities

• Processes invoices for payment; prints and mails account payable checks.
• Supervises shipping and receiving activities performed by the warehouse crew; maintains high visibility on the warehouse floor.
• Establishes and maintains department standards for productivity, reliability, and accuracy.
• Reviews, prioritizes and organizes all orders to be picked and/or shipped during shift.
• Manages all receiving and shipping office paper flow.
• Reviews and approves vendor invoices; researches invoicing problems related to warehouse receiving activities.
• Forecasts crewing needs to meet peak demands and trains, motivates, coaches, rewards, and disciplines crew.
• Coordinates with the warehouse manager on vacation approvals, timecards, overtime, hiring, and training.
