Job summary

Southshore Companies is seeking a Floor Supervisor to lead a team of forklift operators, auditors, and CSRs in our regional distribution center. The role focuses on safe, efficient operations, attendance, and meeting customer requirements.

You will coach staff, drive inventory accuracy, and collaborate with leadership to uphold safety and lean best practices while maintaining a high standard of service and communication.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of warehouse supervision experience required.
• Powered Industrial Forklift Truck License is highly preferred.
• Prior SAP scanning experience is a plus.
• Inventory control experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute the daily operational plan in accordance with site leadership guidance.
• Schedule, assign, and perform warehousing duties including loading/unloading, put-away, and picking.
• Lead forklift operators and auditors to deliver best-in-class customer service.
• Provide coaching and leadership to forklift operations and auditors.
• Drive continuous improvement through lean thinking and 5S principles.
• Interface with customers, employees, and leadership within Southshore Companies.
