Qualifications

• 1–3 years prior work experience in a warehouse related field.
• Warehouse or distribution center experience including material handling, inventory tracking, and providing work direction to teammates.
• Associate Degree, or equivalent experience.
• Bi-Lingual skills preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Supervises the daily work schedules of warehouse employees involved in shipping, receiving, loading/unloading trucks, stacking, picking and palletizing finished products.
• Determines space requirements for storage and schedules delivery and distribution of products to meet distribution objectives and ensure materials are organized and clearly identified.
• Ensures maintenance of equipment and a safe, clean work environment, enforcing all safety rules and proper handling of hazardous materials.
• Monitors attendance, productivity, and performance markers; provides counseling as required.
• Coordinates with warehouse/operations manager and other supervisors on shipments, cut-off times, and shortages.
• Maintains records and reports such as lost sales, error reports, and production reports.
• Recommends procedural changes to improve operating efficiency.
