Strong leadership will guide a team and improve efficiency in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in a warehouse or distribution setting, with experience in inventory control and bi-lingual communication preferred.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of warehouse or distribution center experience.
• Experience in material handling, inventory tracking, and directing teams.
• Associate degree or equivalent experience.
• Bi-lingual skills preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse schedules for shipping, receiving, loading, unloading, picking, and palletizing.
• Determine space requirements and schedule delivery and distribution to meet objectives.
• Ensure maintenance of equipment and enforce safety rules.
• Monitor attendance and productivity and provide coaching.
• Coordinate with warehouse and operations managers and other supervisors on shipments and cut-off times.
• Maintain records and reports such as lost sales, error reports, and production reports.
• Suggest procedural changes to improve efficiency.
