Job summary

Advance-Auto-Parts seeks a DC Supervisor to lead daily warehouse activities including shipping, receiving, and palletizing finished products. You will schedule staff, monitor productivity, and ensure accurate inventory, on-time deliveries, and safe operation.

This role requires 1–3 years of warehouse experience and an associate degree or equivalent; bilingual skills are a plus. You will coordinate with operations and ensure records are maintained in line with company policies.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of warehouse or distribution center experience.
• Experience with material handling and inventory tracking.
• Ability to supervise and provide direction to teammates.
• Bi-lingual skills preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Supervises the daily work schedules of warehouse employees involved in shipping, receiving, loading and unloading trucks, stacking, picking and palletizing finished products.
• Determines space requirements for storage and schedules delivery and distribution of products, parts, and accessories to meet distribution objectives and customer requirements and certify organization of all store material.
• Maintains equipment and vehicles in compliance with laws and ensures a safe, clean environment with enforcement of safety rules and proper handling of hazardous materials.
• Monitors attendance, productivity, and other performance metrics; provides counseling as required.
• Coordinates work with warehouse and operations manager, telephone sales and other supervisors regarding shipments and cut-off times.
• Maintains records and reports such as lost sales, error reports, and production reports.
